Ethics Charter

SEBANG CO., LTD. is a proud company that has contributed to the national economy by diligently conducting business in port loading, transport, and storage for the past 50 years. In order to become the leading integrated logistics company in Korea that is trusted worldwide by reinforcing ethical and law-abiding management based on such pride, we hereby enact the following ethics charter, representing our firm resolution, to serve as the barometer of all employees¡¯ proper conduct and value judgment.

①  We exist in harmony with our customers, and customers are the foundation of our growth and existence. Therefore, we shall place customer satisfaction as the foremost basis of all value judgment and think and act from the customers¡¯ perspective.


②  We shall protect our shareholders¡¯ investment profits by realizing stable profits through reliable management, and diligently disclose management data to build mutual trust with our shareholders.


③  We shall faithfully abide by all laws applicable to a company and develop the company through fair competition and sound corporate activities, thereby contributing to national prosperity and social progress.


④  We shall recognize that reinforcing ties with all business partners to form the relationship of mutual partners is a way toward shared success, and coexist based on a foundation of trust and cooperation.

⑥  All employees shall abide by the code of ethics, and executives and managers shall bear the responsibility of ensuring that all affiliated employees can abide by the code of ethics.
