- Acceptance of bribes or treats from trade partners
- Lack of transparency in the selection of partner companies
- Unfair equity participation in trade partners
- Embezzlement, theft, or other pursuit of personal gain from company funds
We prohibit anyone from disclosing or hinting at the identity of the informant without explicit consent from the informant. For any damages resulting from the failure to do the above, we shall do our best to restore the damages or to otherwise take responsibility. Anonymous reports are possible, but reporting with one¡¯s real name allows us to more easily confirm factual matters, and to provide feedback if requested.
We provide protection against any disadvantages or discrimination from trade relationships or affiliated departments that may result from reporting, testifying, or submitting supportive data. If the informant receives disadvantages from the reported person or related third-parties, notification of the fact to the ethical management team shall prompt immediate and thorough protection against such disadvantages.
1. Reward - Employee: Points added for promotion / Partner: Points added when entering into contracts
2. Immunity - If the informant him/herself has taken part in unethical behavior but reported the fact, punishment or disciplinary action for the unethical behavior may be reduced for the informant.
